Caitlin was born and raised in Blytheville, Arkansas. A native of the Delta who has spent the last several years practicing law in Central Arkansas, Caitlin Leggett Ginardi knows that small town charm will often take you as far as big city experience. Fortunately for her Clients, Caitlin has both.

Caitlin earned degrees in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Arkansas. Caitlin graduated with distinction from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law. During law school, she gained criminal appellate experience while clerking in the criminal division of the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General. Caitlin realized her passion for family law during law school, while working for her friend and mentor, Sam Hilburn. Upon receiving admission to the Arkansas Bar, Caitlin quickly developed a state-wide practice, representing clients all over Arkansas.

Caitlin specializes in high-conflict child custody disputes and divorce, child support, guardianship, adoption, and paternity actions. She also handles criminal matters and represents the best interest of minor children in high-conflict divorce and custody cases as an Attorney ad Litem.
